Elite netballers are highly skilled and highly conditioned athletes. 
They're fast, they're agile, they're strong and extremely powerful.

Our training protocol is proven - it's efficient and it's effective. We concentrate only on training the components of fitness specific to netball - speed, agility, power and strength - because that's what you need to perform your best. 

All too often we see netball programs lacking the depth and expertise in netball specific fitness and how to achieve it. Programs are often one-dimensional, lack scope and comprise of literally nothing other than endless kilometres of running. This results in athletes that aren't conditioned to play at their optimal level - because they haven't been provided with the foundation and fundamentals to achieve this. 

So what does real fitness in the netball context involve?

In order to have effective fitness, endurance training needs to be underpinned by SPEED, AGILITY, POWER and STRENGTH work.

With expert strength and conditioning coaches, The Netball Project treats all its netballers as athletes. During any of our fitness sessions, athletes are guided through dynamic warm up, strength, high intensity conditioning, mobility work and cool down. We also place emphasis on education, covering theory components such as nutrition, athlete self-management and injury prevention. 


Our sessions are designed to be demanding, they push athlete limits and they get results - physical and mental thresholds increase dramatically resulting in a noticeable on-court performance gain.

E-COACH FITNESS
$100 PER MONTH

Our e-coach project offers athletes with the opportunity to benefit from our expert training methodology online. This program suits athletes whose location may be prohibitive; and is a cost effective solution for athletes who want to train with more regularity.
